Our hart felt condolences to Ray's family. Ray was a very good friend to us and our family. He spent many of day's at our house with our son Kevin. Ray was a very loving person always a big smile and a hug. He will be missed by all Rest easy Ray always in our harts.

Raymond was a student of mine when I first began teaching many years ago....I remember him as a kind person who always had a smile for everyone. I know he suffered a great deal in recent years because of ill health and his family can take consolation in the fact that this suffering has ended. My sincere condolences to all the family.

My Husband Reg and I are very sorry to hear of my sweet Cousin Raymond's passing. As kids we saw eachother often and Raymond was always in a good mood and greeted everyone with a smile. I was always called "Cuz" or "sweetheart".
Later in life, after Raymond moved away for work, I remember him being home on vacation and came with his Aunt to our remote cabin, situated by a river. My Husband, Reg, told Raymond about a falls downstream and they decided to walk down to the falls.
Well, the falls was much farther than Reg realized and Raymond struggled trying to keep up with Reg, as they worked their way around rocks and windfalls.
By the time they decided to turn back Ray was winded and had a hard time of it, but he was a good sport and eventually they made it back to our cabin.
Reg was impressed, as not many would even consider the trek, but Ray was all for it, despite not knowing what was in store for him!
Reg has mentioned that day many times and always with a smile at how likable Ray was.
We will cherish our memories of Ray in our hearts and our thoughts and prayers are with Ray's family at this time.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Rays passing! He was a wonderful sweet caring remarkable man who was my first love
We parted ways on good terms and for that I am thankful! It may have been just about 30 years ago but you Ray..have always held a special place in my heart! Fly high with the angels sweetheart! Till we meet again
