My condolences to all of Joe's family. Whenever I drove by your family home over the years I would look for a family member and most often it would be Joe outside with a wave. He will be surely missed by many friends and neighbors. Take good care Hayes family, you are in my thoughts and prayers ❤

Rick and I have missed seeing Joe when we passed your homestead. Quite often he would be sitting outside watching the traffic coming and going. Know we are thinking of the entire Hayes family. Losing a sibling is a difficult thing.
