We just read Don's obituary posted by our bishop on the ward facebook page. What a lovely tribute! As always, when we read an obituary, or attend a funeral, of someone we know and love, we are made aware of how much we did not know about the person. Your father was quiet about his many accomplishments, and positions. For us, he and your mother were valued temple workers, and friends who were joyful and hospitable and loved the gospel of Jesus Christ. We have missed them ever since they moved back to NB from Dartmouth. Now that they have "moved" to another "place" they are together again. For that we are happy. Sincere sympathy on the passing of Don. We enjoyed meeting him and getting to know him when he was Dad’s roommate in the hospital. As they both became residents at Kiwanis Nursing Home, we continued to see Don regularly. We always enjoyed chatting with Don. He was kind, pleasant and friendly. So sorry to hear of Don's passing. Losing a loved one is always difficult. We have so many memories having lived across the road for 34 yrs. Don was always helpful, and we were recipients of that many times.

I was saddened to hear of Don's passing. He truly was a kind and gentle soul who I will always remember with love. It was truly my honour to have been a host to he and your mum for the years we had together. I often say and still do that God knew what we both needed when he brought us together on St George Street. I will always remember the chats we had on the front porch watching the world go by.
I will not be able to attend the services due to work requirements, but please know that I will be there in prayer and spirit.

I was deeply saddened by this news when I read it in our paper this morning. I have many wonderful childhood memories of the Bursey family and our time spent in Quispamsis.
