To the whole Liz Pearson family,
Thank you for making available the touching pictorial tribute. It was wondering to see despite everything Liz was able to travel to many amazing locations. It was nice to see the mention of the exchange that Dwayne, Denise and my sister (Gail) and I took part in, which allowed us to meet your mom and welcoming family. It was a joy to meet and get to know her and the whole Pearson family. I see she loved hummingbird as much as my mother did.
My prayers are with you all in the coming days and special occasions in which her presence will be greatly felt. Take comfort in that she got to live life her own way.

It is with deepest sympathy that we write this.
We are so sorry for your loss and we share in your grief.
Elizabeth was a wonderful big sister who was always there when it mattered. When I fell down she picked me up. She guided me home on my first day of school, taught me to ride a bike and drive a car. She always kept the family close through heartfelt phone calls, family gatherings over a warm meal and a keen sense of what everyone was going through in their lives.
She was there when Barb and I married even though the wedding was across the country. When we had children she promised to raise them as her own if anything ever happened to us. When our youngest son faced serious health issues she was there with support and encouraging words. When our eldest son married in Mexico, she and Hoyt flew across the continent to be there.
Elizabeth will be missed and she mattered to us!
