I remember Clyde from Saint John. Back in 1958 he would park his 1951 Mercury on the early summer evenings in front of the old Forum on main st, and emerge from the car looking sharp as a tack, hair greased and combed back, smart dress pants and shirt. He looked like a young Elvis , very similar. He would then stroll across main st. and enter Kelly's restaurant , where the wurlitzer jukebox would be loudly playing one of the fabulous hits of the fifties-----I remember it well, and Clyde impressed all the ladies that were present at Kelly"s-------Rest well Clyde---you are remembered from those glory days--- -Dave McIntyre North end resident, and fan of yours.
