It would have been so nice haveknown Ursula when she was younger. As it was I came to know her two or three years before she died. I visited her and listened to her interesting life story; not an easy life by any standards.
My condolences to the family on the death of Ursula. I met her at the Kiwanis Nursing Home while visiting a friend. She shared some interesting stories of the past . God has wrapped his arms around her and welcomed her home.
We will all miss Ursula and her beautiful smile and all of her wonderful stories that she relayed to us. Rest in Peace Ursula. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of her dear friends at this time.

Dr. Appen was an amazing and learned woman who contributed so much to the benefit of others. She had a wonderful sense of humour and a life story to inspire anyone who talked to her.
