Dr. Ursula Johanna Appen, formerly of Marshall Hill, passed away on September 12, 2012 at the Kiwanis Nursing Home at the age of 93. Dr. Appen was born in Denzit Germany and was the daughter of Hermaun and Johanna (Rosenau) Appen. Dr. Appen was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew here, especially her dear friends: John and Renate Bampton. A celebration of Ursula's life will be held on Monday, September 17, 2012 at 2:00pm from the Wallace Community Chapel.
